1Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between 654bd ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who uses this platform ("User", "you", "your"). 3Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Placing bets on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is strictly prohibited. The account owner must use the account personally with their own funds only.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

654bd supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions through any other method will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

654bd is committed to preventing money laundering. Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities and the balance of the associated account may be frozen.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus (total ৳2,500); a deposit of ৳28,000 or more qualifies for the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 (total ৳48,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount must be placed. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, a bonus of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus is cancelled after it expires.
• A user may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Bonuses apply only to legitimate gaming activity; if an unusual betting pattern is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 654bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

654bd's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Through regular active play, users can progressively advance to higher tiers.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in exceptional circumstances determined by the platform. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the platform reserves the right to make a correction.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a server error, disconnection, or other technical issue, the platform will attempt to void that round and return the user's stake.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable official rules. Betting on BPL, T20, and ICC events is conducted in accordance with the relevant rules.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Fraud, cheating, or any form of system manipulation.
• Use of bots, automated software, or other unauthorized technology.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any attempt at hacking.
• Bonus abuse or deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities.
